Shipping in Canada

***Dear customers, due to the coronavirus, and to protect our employees and our customers, we are not offering the option to pick-up your order at our office anymore. Thank you for understanding.

***Dear customers, due to high demand, we are experiencing delays in the fulfillment of online orders. Please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive. We thank you for your understanding and continued support during these challenging times.

The shipment time will start only once the order is fulfilled. Take note that the option of shipping to PO box or locker is not available.

For the Holiday season, please note that the processing time for any order placed between December 22nd and January 2nd may vary from 3 to 4 business days.


Free shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on all Canadian* orders valued at $60 and more (before taxes). The choice of the carrier is at our discretion. Delivery time in Canada is 5 to 10 business days.

Pick-up

Pick-up is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. You will be notified by email once your order is ready. For same-day, pick-up orders must be placed before 12 PM (EST).
