RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, however, your satisfaction with our product is important to Canus, if the product does not meet your expectation due to damaged, defective or incorrect shipment you can request a refund or exchange.

Do not discard the merchandise or packaging.

Please contact Customer Service immediately by emailing [email protected]; this way we can assist you with your return.

In your email please provide as much information as possible regarding your concern with the product. So we can best assist you, include your order number, name, address and contact phone number. It is also important to include the name of the affected product, and if you would like a refund or replacement.

Once your return is approved by Customer Service, you will be provided a prepaid label via email for the return. The product return is required within 30 days of purchase for refund or replacement and original shipping refund.

Once Canus receives your returned product your refund will be processed to your purchasing credit card within 5-7 business days.
