RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, however, your satisfaction with our product is important to Canus US, if the product does not meet your expectation due to damaged, defective or incorrect shipment, do not discard the merchandise or packaging, you can request to us by email a refund or exchange.

To do so, please contact Customer Service immediately by emailing [email protected]; this way we can assist you with your return.

In your email please provide your order number, name, address and contact phone number so we can best assist you. It is also important to include the name of the affected product, and if you would like a refund or replacement.

Once your return is approved by Customer Service, you will be provided a prepaid label via email for the return. The product return is required within 30 days of purchase for refund or replacement and original shipping refund.

Once Canus US receives your returned product your refund will be processed to your purchasing credit card within 5-7 business days.
